Job Responsibility
Be the first point of contact for the Quality Team, handling enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
Deliver efficient administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and producing agendas and minutes
Support the planning and delivery of the annual Quality Cycle
Collate and manage key data such as student voice, staff feedback, and observation outcomes
