Wells Offshore is a dynamic global supplier of Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies to the Onshore and Offshore Oil, Gas and Merchant Shipping Industry for over 25 years. Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and control quality documentation, including procedures, inspection records and reports
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all quality records are accurate, up to date and stored in line with company requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews of quality assurance policies, updating procedures as necessary to reflect best practices
  • Where required provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and compliance requirements
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
  • Assist in Analysing quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement
  • Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain customer complaint logs and support investigation processes
  • Assist with internal quality audits and follow-up actions
  • Ensure non-conformance reports are logged and managed effectively
  • Coordinate calibration records where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an administrative role (in a quality or manufacturing environment would be desirable)
  • Strong organisational and document control skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • I.T. Literate - Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good, Clear Communication Skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Be proactive and solutions focused
  • Thorough understanding of current BS EN ISO 9001 specification requirements
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System
  • Knowledge of Pharmacutical wholesale processes.
