As Alida's Associate Qualitative Research Coordinator you will be responsible for executing, managing, and overseeing online qualitative research projects (e.g. IDIs, focus groups, UX) for our clients using our SaaS platforms within the Managed Services team. Our clients’ success depends on timely and accurate delivery on these projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent grad to be part of a rapidly growing Professional Services team, which includes Research, Managed Services, and Implementation practices. You will be client-facing and will work with external vendors and internal teams, with a focus on client service and project success in online qualitative research. Due to the nature of the work, you would be expected to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment to guarantee timely and accurate delivery. In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to assist Fortune 500 organizations gather actionable. Interest in research (qual or UX), project coordination and working with clients is strongly encouraged, along with a drive to learn every day, to own the details, and to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage time efficiently to coordinate and execute projects for our largest global clients, working on multiple projects at a time in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment
  • Liaise with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Monitor and report on project progress internally and externally to ensure deliverables, budgets and timelines are met
  • Respond to shifts in project scope and effectively manage client expectations
  • Identify and escalate risks where needed
  • Complete internal documentation processes to ensure accurate resource planning and financial reporting
  • Provide superior service that delights our customers
  • Manage and coordinate with research and sample vendors to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, including reviewing screeners and reports
  • Program, customize, and modify qualitative sessions and screener surveys in proprietary SaaS platforms
  • Deploy screeners and monitor recruitment
  • Select and schedule participants to online qualitative sessions (e.g. IDIs, focus groups)
  • Troubleshoot logic and programming issues
  • Follow QA processes to ensure a quality product is delivered
  • Serve as primary point of contact throughout project lifecycle for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and proactive project updates
  • Navigate client requirements while maintaining project scope, budget, and timeline integrity
  • Facilitate collaboration between external vendors and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Requirements:

  • College Diploma, Bachelor’s or above educational degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or Communications
  • Combined 1+ years relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, self-directed initiatives/projects or other types of work experience preferably within the software or market research industry
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
