Job Responsibility
Provide tailored lessons to students with special educational needs, working closely with teaching assistants and therapists
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
Support students with personal care and mobility as needed
Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to foster a cohesive and collaborative community
Contribute to the spiritual and emotional development of students within the framework of the Catholic ethos
Requirements
QTS Qualified
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with students with complex needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to promoting the school's Catholic ethos and values
A passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their potential
