An exciting opportunity for a passionate Qualified Teacher to join an "Outstanding" rated school and make a real difference in the lives of pupils with autism. This is a rewarding opportunity to join an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" school that provides exceptional education for children with autism aged 4-19. We are looking for a collaborative and innovative teacher to join our supportive team. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering a dynamic curriculum, using your expertise in behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement to help every pupil reach their full potential. Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teaching & Learning Status (QTLS)
  • For Early Career Teachers (ECTs), a minimum of 1 year of a supported induction process in a mainstream setting is required
  • Experience working with pupils with autism using behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis to develop tailored support plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • A proven understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Experience within the UK school system and familiarity with the National Curriculum
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
