Job Responsibility:
Providing support and teaching based on behaviour analysis to pupils
Contributing to the design of an engaging school curriculum, providing differentiated long, medium, and short-term plans
Designing, planning, and delivering the wider school curriculum, including school-wide activities like topic lessons and themed events
Collecting, recording, and analysing data to monitor progress and develop support plans
Interacting and participating with pupils in the development of skills that support their social and emotional well-being
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teaching & Learning Status (QTLS)
Teaching experience within the UK school system and an understanding of the National Curriculum in England
An interest in and/or experience of working in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Confidence working with children who exhibit behaviours that challenge and supporting others with personal/intimate care where required
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
