Qualified Teacher - Special Educational Needs (SEN)

We're looking for a passionate educator who would enjoy playing an integral part in designing and shaping the school's curriculum. We offer a better work-life balance with less marking or planning. As part of the Qualified Teaching team, you will support autistic pupils using instruction based on behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement techniques to accelerate learning. You'll work within small class groups or on a 1:1 basis. You will receive a £1000 joining bonus and a rewarding role with a good work-life balance. Fully Funded Training: The opportunity to complete fully funded training and research in behaviour science driven teaching appeals to you. A range of fully funded training pathways are available, including behaviour analysis specific qualifications such as Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behaviour Analysis certification (BCBA), and a Masters in High Incidence & Disabilities (worth up to £13,000). Accelerated Career Advancement: This role includes progression to the role of Lead Teacher (QTS) upon successful completion of the 12-week probationary period. Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm, Tuesday: 8:45am-5:30pm, Friday: 8:45am-4:30pm.
