Are you a passionate and resilient educator dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are an independent specialist school in Bentley, Hampshire, committed to providing high-quality, therapeutic, and child-centred education for boys aged 11 to 17. Our students have a range of SEMH needs, and many also present with other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. We pride ourselves on a trauma and attachment-informed approach, ensuring all staff receive extensive therapeutic training and support to foster a nurturing and successful learning environment.

Job Responsibility:
