Job Responsibility:
Assessing and supporting families through some of the most complex times of their lives
Understand risk and be able to work with a variety of agencies in order to work together to safeguard and reduce the risks around children at times of need
Have a mixture of casework relating to children in need and child protection
Undertake court work, supported by your practice development manager and team manager as required
Requirements:
Social Work Qualification
1+ years experience
Social Work England registration
A passion for achieving the best outcomes for children through direct work
A creative and innovative approach
Nice to have:
Experience of working in a similar team would be desirable
