Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar Children's Social Work setting
  • A strong commitment to child-focused practice and a demonstrated ability to implement relationship-based and systemic-based practices
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and form positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and prioritise demands effectively
  • A dedication to continuous professional development, with a commitment to maintaining your CPD through regular learning and training
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
