Are you a committed Qualified Social Worker? If you have a passion for providing first-class support to children's services, we have a fantastic locum social work opportunity based within a 'Looked After Children' team in the Bury, Greater Manchester area.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a complex caseload within the 'Looked After Children' team
  • Providing a high-quality, effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines
  • Assessing, planning and delivering focused interventions to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar social work setting
  • A diploma/degree in social work
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Evidence of working with a complex caseload
