Job Description:

We are a generic Adult Social Care team, working in the Central area of Shropshire. We support individuals from the age of 18 onwards with a variety of needs, including Older Adults, Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities and their families. We work remotely and in person with individuals in the community and placement settings.
