Are you fascinated by SEN pedagogy and the intersection of therapy and education? Our school model is built on a high-support intervention framework, working alongside therapists to meet complex EHCP goals. We need a teacher who is knowledgeable in Autism and eager to work within a holistic, research-driven support system. We don't believe in 'one size fits all.' You won't be doing this alone; you will work within a model of small class sizes and high levels of classroom support, backed by a supernumerary multi-disciplinary intervention team.
