Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a dedicated Key Worker, tracking, assessing, and reporting on the developmental milestones of your group
  • Designing and leading educational, stimulating activities tailored to individual child needs under the EYFS
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care are met at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the nursery management team to maintain an outstanding learning environment

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Level 3 or higher Early Years Educator qualification (Cache Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Room Leader
  • Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  • Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills
