Experience of both 3-phase and single-phase low voltage electrical distribution systems, installations & machines

Job Responsibility

Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times
Complete effective planned preventive maintenance of equipment with an emphasis on breakdown prevention through the continual development of PPM procedures
Maintain Manufacturing facilities (including PAT Testing, Testing and Maintenance of Emergency Lighting Systems, Fire Alarm Testing, CCTV Systems, Network Cabling and Small Fixed Wiring Installation Projects and Repairs)
Install and/or modify manufacturing equipment as required
Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement effective reoccurrence prevention plans using tools such as Major Breakdown Reports
Work as part of a manufacturing and facilities maintenance team and demonstrate good communication skills in interfacing with other departments, suppliers, contractors and manufacturers as required
Operate access platforms including scissor lifts and cherry pickers
Assist with the training and mentoring of apprentices
