Job Description:

RAFAKidz Kinloss is our newest setting in our RAFAKidz family and opened in April 2026. Currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, circa 30 colleagues look after up to 100 children who are very excited about exploring our new extensive outdoors play areas! In addition, we also run a holiday club during summer and half term breaks. We have a range of full time and part time roles available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Have knowledge of GIRFEC to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Care Inspectorate requirements
  • Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
  • Identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant childcare qualification recognised by the SSSC (SCQF Level 7 such as HNC in Childhood Practice, SVQ3 in Children and Young People)
  • Eligibility to register with SSSC and PVG Enhanced Disclosure Programme
  • Minimum 1 years nursery experience
  • Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • Familiarity with Pre Birth to Three and Curriculum for Excellence standards
