Job Description:

For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
  • Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
  • Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Early Years Practitioner
  • Satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter
  • Positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude
