Join Our Team as a Qualified Dental Nurse. AL-FAPERIO CLINIC, located in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, is a modern dental clinic working closely alongside dentists to provide laser gum treatments and high-quality periodontal care. We are looking for a motivated and caring Dental Nurse to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a qualified Dental Nurse who enjoys working in a clinical environment focused on gum health and patient care.

Job Responsibility:

Providing chairside support while working alongside dentists delivering laser gum treatments
Assisting with periodontal and general dental procedures
Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation
Managing patient records and supporting smooth appointment flow
Supporting patients with care and aftercare instructions
Preparing surgeries and assisting with stock control

Requirements:

GDC registered (essential)
Friendly, caring, and patient-focused approach
Enjoy working as part of a small, supportive clinical team
Computer-literate and confident using dental software
Take pride in professionalism and maintaining high clinical standards

Nice to have:

Specialist periodontist experience

Communicate effectively with practice managers and learners
Ensure the correct completion and submission of all assessment paperwork
Provide constructive feedback to the learner and practice manager in a sensitive manner
Prepare and support a small caseload of learners for EPA
Conduct health & safety and equal opportunities vetting and monitoring of practice and provide guidance where necessary
Plan and prepare for each workplace assessment
Remain current in your skills and knowledge of the dental sector and legislative requirements and maintain your GDC registration
