Holds a relevant Dental Nursing qualification (IDC registration preferred but not essential)

Job Responsibility

Provide high-quality chairside assistance to clinicians during dental procedures
Ensure patients feel comfortable, cared for, and in safe hands at every visit
Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organised clinical environment
Anticipate the needs of the dental team to keep the day running smoothly
Support patients with oral hygiene education and post-treatment care
Be the friendly first point of contact for all patients, in person, over the phone, and by email
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient communications efficiently
Process payments, treatment plans, and insurance claims with accuracy and professionalism
Keep the front desk organised and ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day

Manage a small team of 3 Operators to meet production demand requirements
Complete all required documentation accurately: start-up checklists, tooling setting sheets, shift hand-over log and production logs using the Company's software system
Complete equipment pre-use check, ensure that the correct PPE is worn by all members of the Team including yourself, adhere to all Health and safety system and risk assessment documentation
Support new tool trials and processes, process improvements which are no-mould related to enhance the safety and the overall Mould Shop environment
Assist with basic preventative maintenance of both tools and equipment
Train and mentor, a small team of 3-4 Operators
