Job Description:

Qualified Conveyancer wanted to join a London based conveyancing provider at a very exciting time. Exciting opportunity to join a new conveyancing provider with big plans. Based in Chelsea this company is looking for an ambitious, determined conveyancer that is looking for a role where they can make an impact.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years experience as a qualified conveyancer
Wide exposure to all types of residential conveyancing file (leasehold and freehold) from start to finish
Experienced in an automated, paperless working world
Excellent time management skills
Experience in volume conveyancing (70+ files will be the norm)
Understand and deliver exceptional customer service
