A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
Experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Ideally, some exposure to commercial property matters (although this is not essential)
Strong communication and client care skills, with a proactive and professional approach

Job Responsibility

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Working alongside an experienced full-time Licensed Conveyancer and supported by two part-time legal secretaries
Utilising the firm’s recently implemented case management system, Quill, as they continue to work towards becoming paper-limited
Collaborating with a friendly and experienced team in a welcoming office environment
