Qualified Conveyancer wanted to join a London based conveyancing provider at a very exciting time. Exciting opportunity to join a new conveyancing provider with big plans. Based in Chelsea this company is looking for an ambitious, determined conveyancer that is looking for a role where they can make an impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience as a qualified conveyancer
  • Wide exposure to all types of residential conveyancing file (leasehold and freehold) from start to finish
  • Experienced in an automated, paperless working world
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in volume conveyancing (70+ files will be the norm)
  • Understand and deliver exceptional customer service
