Job Responsibility:
Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns for a diverse portfolio of clients (SMEs, landowners, HNWIs)
Provide tax advisory and compliance support tailored to rural property owners and professional services
Contribute to financial planning and investment advisory projects
Collaborate with directors to deliver high-touch, partner-level service—each client enjoys direct access to leadership
Mentor junior staff where applicable, empowering them through hands-on development
Maintain strong client relationships rooted in personal service and local understanding
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) with practice experience
Experience within the agriculture and rural sectors preferred
Strong technical competency in accounting, tax compliance, and planning
Excellent communication skills and a client-centered mindset
Comfortable operating in a close-knit, flexible environment with direct involvement in client services
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to both client care and practice growth
