UAL Awarding Body is an awarding organisation specialising in qualifications within the performing and creative arts. The Qualifications Administrator is a role within the Qualifications and Assessment team, who are responsible for designing and developing products, managing the product lifecycle and assessment research. This role is a maternity cover and will contribute to the work of the team by providing proactive, full and comprehensive administrative and co-ordination support. They will also be the first point of contact for the team and will frequently need to write minutes clearly and within a timely manner. Reporting to the Head of Qualifications and Assessment, the Qualifications Administrator, will provide the team with ongoing project support, diary management and other duties as required. They will also provide direct support to the Head of Qualifications and Assessment. Job Responsibility:

  • Providing proactive, full and comprehensive administrative and co-ordination support
  • Being the first point of contact for the team
  • Writing minutes clearly and within a timely manner
  • Providing ongoing project support, diary management and other duties as required
  • Providing direct support to the Head of Qualifications and Assessment

Requirements:

  • Delivering high-quality support to multiple stakeholders across different professional levels
  • Managing multiple strands of work at any one time and prioritising depending on manager and business needs
  • Delivering administrative support across information systems, project support, research, correspondence, data management and logistical administration
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Ability to use and set-up dashboards using PowerBI and SharePoint
  • Use of InDesign and Smartsheets
