Job Description:

We are seeking a Qualification Specialist to act as the front door for incoming business opportunities. This role ensures that deals are routed to the right process and team, while providing maximum awareness of background, details, and strategy. You will monitor pipelines, pre-qualify opportunities, and influence stakeholders to accelerate the bidding process and improve commercial outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Track and manage the pipeline of incoming deals through CRM systems and ticketing tools
  • Qualify and pre-qualify business opportunities by assessing data quality and availability
  • Make bid/no-bid decisions based on portfolio knowledge and strategic considerations
  • Route opportunities to the appropriate commercial process and engage relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor support request queues and allocate tasks to the correct teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in telecommunications
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to lead calls or video conferences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
