Qts Sen Teacher

Are you a passionate and resilient Qualified Teacher with a specialism in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of pupils with diverse and complex needs. As a QTS SEN Teacher, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality teaching, learning, and pastoral support to a class of pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your main purpose is to promote the well-being and academic success of every child, ensuring all pupils, particularly those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), have the opportunity to reach their full potential. You'll be teaching a varied curriculum, adapting your approach to suit individual learning styles and ensuring equality of opportunity for all. This role requires a professional who understands that behaviour is a form of communication and is committed to using relational, non-punitive approaches. You'll work proactively with students, parents, staff, and external agencies to provide a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
