Job Description:

This position directly supervises restaurant shift operations, coordinates the work of team members, and ensures adherence to company, brand, and health standards while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
assigns shift duties to team members and ensures completion
directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations
ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift
completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
completes reports on all incidents following the company policy
lives the Company values.

reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
