Qs Coordinator

• Own and coordinate the Notice of Inspection and Quality Notification processes across projects
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date, audit-ready QS system by managing QS plans and inspection documents
• Serve as the primary contact for inspection-related queries
• Manage regional inspection activities and coordinate global resources for efficient coverage
• Utilize 3rd-party inspection companies and make sure that quality and compliance are adhered to across projects
• Collaborate closely with project teams, procurement, inspectors, and suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively flag potential risks

• Solid experience in project coordination or administrative roles, ideally supporting technical or engineering teams
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
• a degree in engineering, business, or a related field is a plus. Hands-on work experience may compensate for formal qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of SAP
• Strong process mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and systems effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness, ensuring effective work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach to support project needs, with a clear focus on solutions and delivery
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Customer focus, and alignment with Aker Solutions’ values
• Flexibility for occasional travel

proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage
