Our Shared Service Centre team (SSC) provides essential support to a number of teams across our firm. As a QRM Support SSC Senior Assistant of BDO's Quality and Risk Team Support Service within the Shared Service Centre (SSC), you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the wider Quality and Risk Management (QRM) function.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously analyse data and identify trends, ensuring accuracy in all reporting and monitoring activities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Proficient in conveying complex information clearly and effectively, fostering strong relationships within the team and across departments
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment: Demonstrated experience in working effectively within a team, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Risk Management: Previous experience in these areas is preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI: Skilled in data manipulation and report creation using Excel and Power BI, enabling efficient handling of large datasets and insightful reporting
  • Innovative - You possess a proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation within quality and risk processes
  • Technically Proficient - While familiarity with quality and risk tools and methodology is advantageous, you are tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software and technologies
