Job Description:

The QNXT Configuration Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, testing, and implementing configuration changes to QNXT product suite. This role ensures system configurations align with business needs and regulatory requirements by collaborating with various departments and external vendors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyzing application configurations for efficiency, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Managing change, configuration, and release processes
  • Configure, test and maintain core systems to support business processes and ensure system integrity
  • Code and test complex, customer-specific solutions using appropriate technologies like C#.net, VB.net, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and TriZetto QNXT API. 835, 837 EDI transactions
  • Implement updates and changes to system configurations based on user requirements and organizational needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business configuration issues to maintain system performance and reliability
  • Generate and maintain detailed documentation for all business configuration applications
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business configuration
  • Recommend and implement configuration changes to improve overall efficiency and streamline system processing
  • Ensure that system configurations align with business goals and compliance standards
  • Lead and participate in projects related to system configuration and implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QNXT system configuration, analysis, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar discipline
  • QNXT configuration and testing experience required e.g. prototyping, enhancements, unit testing and system upgrades
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems, claims, authorizations, eligibility processing, data sets (ICD-10, CPT/HCPCs), and regulatory standards (HIPAA, EDI transactions)
  • Strong experience with the Core TriZetto QNXT Framework, TriZetto QNXT Schema, and claims processing
