Job Description:

As the QLD Technical Manager reporting to the National Customer Experience Manager, you'll lead our technical operations across the state, bringing together a high-performing team of espresso machine specialists to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, coach and support the QLD Technical Team
Drive continuous improvement in technical operations
Oversee scheduling, callouts, installs, inventory and parts management across the region
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Coordinate team resourcing, performance reviews, and ongoing technical training
Work closely with Sales, Training, and Customer Service to ensure seamless support
Represent the Allpress brand as an approachable expert

Requirements:

Strong people leadership skills
Experience in motivating skilled technicians
Knowledge of commercial espresso equipment
Ability to support a team across technical callouts, installs, and service workflows
Systems-savvy with ability to manage inventory, scheduling and reporting processes
Commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
