Job Description:

As the QLD Technical Manager reporting to the National Customer Experience Manager, you'll lead our technical operations across the state, bringing together a high-performing team of espresso machine specialists to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach and support the QLD Technical Team
  • Drive continuous improvement in technical operations
  • Oversee scheduling, callouts, installs, inventory and parts management across the region
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Coordinate team resourcing, performance reviews, and ongoing technical training
  • Work closely with Sales, Training, and Customer Service to ensure seamless support
  • Represent the Allpress brand as an approachable expert

Requirements:

  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Experience in motivating skilled technicians
  • Knowledge of commercial espresso equipment
  • Ability to support a team across technical callouts, installs, and service workflows
