Job Description:

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems for product line services in the Middle East region, with a special focus on UAE operations for ADNOC. The HSEQ Manager must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. The product line services scope ranges from pipe yard management to field services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Manage non-conformance reports, responses, implement corrective/preventive actions and verify closure
  • Monitor and measure contractor performance to ensure compliance with Quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Facilitate risk assessments with operational teams and support implementation of mitigation plans
  • Lead incident investigations, carrying out root causes analysis in collaboration with operational teams and supporting corrective action implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring lessons learned from incidents are incorporated into future safety practices
  • Monitor workplace conditions, ensuring compliance with hazardous substance regulations, machinery and equipment safety, and personal protective
  • Act as a coach and subject matter expert for the site leadership team and frontline with regards to health & safety with the ability to conduct safety visits
  • Monitor and manage environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiative within the organization
  • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained in HSEQ procedures and best practices
  • Maintain training records and ensure ongoing competency of staff
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSEQ processes and practices
  • Lead and participate in HSEQ improvement projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on HSEQ performance metrics and KPIs
  • Represent the company in HSEQ-related meetings and forums
  • Foster a positive HSEQ culture within the organization

Requirements:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, & maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards
  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and in conformance with Company H&S standards
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company Environmental Management System, processes and procedures that improve business operations in accordance ISO 14001
  • Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs for employees at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding and motivating the HSEQ team
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders on HSEQ matters
