Job Description:

At Luanda International Airport (NBJ), Aviapartner is fast growing its operations. Currently, we are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager. You support the station manager in his responsibilities for quality running the operational quality control program at the station as described in the Station Quality Program (AQ10) to guarantee compliance with the Aviapartner standards, applicable regulations and requirements of the customer airlines. You will be part of a very dynamic team in the airport business and report directly to the NBJ station manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute actively to meeting the agreed KPI targets
  • Reporting within agreed timelines
  • Number of expired Non Conformances not to exceed an agreed target
  • All quality systems up to date within agreed timelines
  • Achieve and maintain ISO9001/14001/ISAGO registration at the station

Requirements:

  • Support the station manager in responsibilities for quality running the operational quality control program
  • Safeguard the implementation and accuracy of the quality and environmental program
  • Plan and follow up station audits and inspections
  • Provide support for external audits
  • Initiate and follow-up corrective actions and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform quality inspections and audits when qualified
  • Ensure initial gap analysis and follow up on changes of airport requirements

  • Safeguard document control at the station
  • Keep local Procedures and Working instructions for the station up to date
  • Keep airline manuals for the station up to date
  • Provide and publish quality information

  • Report regularly about quality and environmental issues
  • Report without delay on internal and external station audits
  • Prepare quality and environmental monitoring reports
  • Participate in station and country meetings concerning quality, environment and safety

  • Contribute actively to quality and environmental awareness
