We are searching for a competent and skilled QHSE Manager to continue the journey of establishing and further developing our QHSE department with primary focus on quality in our production and incoming materials as well as maintaining focus on a safe work environment. As part of this journey, important focus areas will be to strengthen safety culture through managers, ensure successful implementation and ownership of our QMS, and further develop compliance and Food Contact Materials management. As QHSE Manager you will be responsible for our QHSE department, which besides from the QHSE Manager consists of 4 skilled and dedicated employees. You will report directly to the Managing Director at BAADER Food Systems Denmark A/S.
Job Responsibility:
Be the primary driver together with the team in building, controlling, and developing quality processes and ensuring implementation in the organization (ISO 9001-2015 certified since 2021)
Update and develop quality procedures and policies according to internal and external requirements, including relevant compliance lists covering H&S, environmental topics and EU directives
Facilitate the ongoing work building up and developing the QM module in SAP to be implemented in all BAADER sites
Manage the Health & Safety organization on both Danish sites and actively work to increase safety awareness and support a cultural change through the management team
Collect and identify quality cost and implement corrective actions
Facilitate a safe work environment and a good quality culture, including ensuring basic NCR handling across the organization so that deviations are registered and that corrective actions (CAPA) are implemented
Create test procedures in cooperation with Engineering and R&D
Participate in the processing of claims and the subsequent internal follow-up
ESG / CSRD activities related to new reporting requirements
Develop new and existing suppliers together with the Purchase department
Ensure good supplier quality on existing suppliers
Monthly report to the management team
Responsible for Food Contact Material Self-control Program, including strengthening our compliance with the FCM Directive and ensuring proper documentation and traceability for all food contact materials
Support the establishment of Environmental Management in line with ISO 14001 requirements (no certification planned)
Develop the QHSE team so they can be able to support the requirements from the organization and external stakeholders
