Requirements:

  • QE Lead Experience: Proven track record in leading quality engineering initiatives, particularly in complex migration or cloud-based projects
  • Strong Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Effective Communication (Verbal and Written): Exceptional skills in articulating technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Cloud and IVR Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and IVR systems, including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing
