Job Description

As a QC Supervisor, you will manage a team of about 10 people. You will responsible for the quality control of industrial coatings. And location is in Tianjin Plant.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead QC chemists and Technicians for the daily Quality Control work to ensure all products meet specification, include: Incoming Material control QC check and Color adjustments for production batches, maintain working standard according to TS16949, ISO9001 requirements
  • Investigate and analysis the issued batches and quality problems, lead the team to find out the right solution what refer to the process, control methods, materials, and etc
  • Deal with customer complaints, conduct quality improvement accord to customer's feedback. Promote sound of customer relations through effective communications with the manufacturing, technical, and sales/marketing services departments to maintain manufacturing efficiency and ensure product quality
  • Minimize variation in testing of raw materials, intermediates, and paint products through the calibration/verification of test equipment, standardization of procedures, and training of personnel
  • Be responsible for the people management, performance evaluation and make the people development plan to enhance the team force
  • Lead and involve the continuous improvement by lean concepts, make the in place actions to reuse the RA,N-OK,WOS

Requirements

  • 5 years and above experience in Quality Assurance Laboratory Operations and leadership
  • Rich experience in coating
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent
  • Acknowledge of Quality system (IATF 16949 & ISO9001)
  • English can be used as a working language
