Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB: Carry out sampling and biological testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished or intermediate products, and utilities (e.g. water systems and compressed gases) in accordance with GMP standards. Support manufacturing process validation activities through appropriate biological testing. Perform routine environmental monitoring within classified production areas. Provide laboratory support for new product introduction and transfer activities. Participate in laboratory investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and timely closure of deviations and CAPAs. Execute routine equipment upkeep, including maintenance and calibration activities. Support method transfer, verification, and validation processes as required. Assist with the preparation, review, and updating of quality documentation. Escalate any observed issues or non-conformities to the QC Supervisor in a timely manner. Apply 5S/6S principles to ensure proper inventory control, laboratory housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Comply with all safety, security, and environmental requirements, including proper waste handling and disposal. ABOUT YOU: Experience in biological or microbiological testing within a laboratory environment. Understanding of GMP requirements and quality compliance. Experience with laboratory equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration. Experience with laboratory documentation systems and standard digital tools.
