Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled QC Associate to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control within the immunogenetics and flow cytometry fields.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform quality control testing and analysis related to immunogenetics and flow cytometry
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including flow cytometers
  • Analyze data and generate reports on QC findings
  • Identify and troubleshoot any deviations or issues in the quality control process
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure product quality
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all QC activities
  • Participate in method validation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant Science field
  • Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality control
  • Proficiency in QC Associate, Quality Control, HLA, Cytometry, and Immunogenetics
  • Experience with flow cytometry techniques and instrumentation is essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
