Job Responsibility

Plan and Allocate resources to the manufacturing lines in their area
Ensure all Manufacturing lines have the supplies and resources needed to work at their highest efficiency levels.
Ensure proper training for all machine operators. Utilize Trainers as needed.
Coordinate communication between QC and Production area. Ensure Supervisor Production Floor Lead is updated on activities throughout the shift
Record production results at the end of the shift and update Tier 2 boards/graphs for their area.
Ensure that all personnel are trained and follows management Systems, Procedures and Work Instructions
