Qc - Analytical Team Leader - Afternoon Shift

Step into a leadership role with Vitaco as our Analytical Team Leader – Afternoon Shift within the Quality Control function. This is a high-impact position where you will lead from the front, driving analytical excellence, strengthening laboratory performance, and ensuring the timely release of materials and finished products in a fast-paced, regulated environment. As a team leader in QC, you will partner closely with the Analytical Team Leader – Day Shift, the Quality Control Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders (PD, QA, Procurement, Planning, Regulatory) to elevate standards, enhance efficiency, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
