We are looking for an experienced QB Project Manager to oversee ERP-related initiatives with a focus on financial systems and QuickBooks expertise. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement project plans related to QuickBooks setup and integration
Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss analysis
Lead resource allocation strategies to support project objectives
Ensure quality control throughout project execution, adhering to best practices
Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical requirements with financial goals
Utilize expertise in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise to optimize financial workflows
Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and deliverables
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP or financial systems
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting
Proven ability to create and execute detailed rollout plans
Experience in resource allocation and team coordination
Familiarity with quality control processes in project management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
