Job Description:

At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a QAQC Supervisor to join our Engineering team, to lead one of our projects in Puerto Rico.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Monitor and report all activities, processes, and procedures
  • Develop internal audit tools and carry out internal audits and reports
  • Determine data-based solutions and follow up on the implementation of quality improvement plans
  • Conduct inspections and periodic reviews to ensure that the contractor complies with quality and safety policies
  • Prepare and maintain organized quality management documentation
  • Manage and update information on the Project’s SharePoint
  • Monitor compliance with dossier progress
  • Implement tools that ensure quality control and assurance in processes, reports, records, and certificates
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the execution and presentation of tests and trials that validate multidisciplinary construction stages
  • Understand, promote, and disseminate compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures, and standards of the CTG Latam Management System
  • Participate in the investigation of project accidents and incidents
  • Define strategies to monitor and ensure compliance with the project’s Quality Plan.

Requirements:

  • Professional in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) with a postgraduate degree in project management
  • Must hold a valid professional license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
  • Total experience as a QA/QC Coordinator: 5 years in supervisory and/or coordination roles within Quality Systems for projects in the industrial sector
  • Specific experience for the position: 3 years as an inspector or auditor in industrial sectors, preferably in the electrical and/or hydrocarbons sector. This experience will be counted from the start of professional practice under a valid professional license.
