Job Description:

We are looking for a QAQC Pipelines Lead for one of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership and manage all QA/QC activities in the Pipeline Installation EPC Contract and Line Pipe Procurements
  • Act as QA/QC focal point for the Pipelines Installation EPC Package
  • Maintaining Quality Management systems promoting best practice and continuous improvement in line with the PROJECT Quality Department

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree
  • Diploma in Quality
  • Experience in Welding/NDT
  • Experience in all phases of EPC
  • At least 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within a Major Onshore Project environment
  • Experience in Iraq is an added value
  • Hands on experience in Major Onshore Pipelines Project
  • Conversant in all the EPC phase activities
  • Conversant in all Pipeline related items like line pipe, Bends, Valves, Pipeline Installation etc
  • Conversant in managing the Welding procedure Qualification campaign conducted by EPC Contractor
  • Conversant in managing AUT and Other NDE methods qualification process
  • Conversant in managing the Welder Qualification campaign carried by EPC Contractor
