Job Description:

Preparing and implementing Project Quality plan. Setting-up/establishing and monitoring all project QA/QC. Implementing project procedures and PQP, on approval by the Client. Reviewing Method Statements, preparing corresponding Inspection & Test Plans and checklists/forms and obtaining approval from Client, as required. Planning and allocating various QA/QC activities to team members. Orientating/training staff, workmen and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements. Coordinating with the site team for effective implementation of the approved PQP. Coordinating with subcontractors for implementation applicable parts of the PQP. Identifying, calibrating, reviewing and maintaining a list of testing and measuring equipment. Identifying testing laboratories and obtaining approvals. Inspecting and testing incoming materials, activities/workmanship per ITP and maintaining identifiable and traceable records. Coordinating with the site team to prepare Requests for Inspection (RFIs). Coordinating inspections and tests, per the approved ITP, with the Clients and obtaining clearances. Obtaining permits.
