To execute Change Request and Incident Request based on the best business process. To work with vendors & manage them on the end to end global implementation project & advice on the transformations of organisation processes. To provide functional specifications based on user requirement / enhancement required. You are required to execute L2 QAD support role & will be supported by QAD SME for the L3 support roles. You will also be given the opportunity to embark with projects for end to end full cycle Greenfield implementation in other regions as the client is planning to expand their global operations as well as full migration on cloud by the end of 2026.
Job Responsibility:
To provide Level 2 support for QAD ERP system
To execute Change Request and Incident Request based on the best business process
To work with vendors & manage them on the end to end global implementation project & advice on the transformations of organisation processes
To provide functional specifications based on user requirement / enhancement required
Execute L2 QAD support role & will be supported by QAD SME for the L3 support roles
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in QAD ERP implementation and/or support project either in L2 or L3
At least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation / regional or global L2 support role of QAD ERP would be an added advantage but not compulsory
Cloud exposure is an added advantage but not compulsory
Strong finance business process within manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsory
Work in either one of these QAD versions
SE / EE version is an added advantage but not compulsory
Work in either one of these
QAD reporting framework / Progress4GL / Browses is an added advantage but not compulsory
Strong understanding on financial regulations / reporting standards is an added advantage but not compulsory
Diploma is required
Nice to have:
