Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer to support a Salesforce and SAP implementation. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise system testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows) and SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO or relevant functional areas)
  • Perform end-to-end, system integration (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
  • Validate data flows and integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems
  • Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and support defect triage meetings
  • Validate middleware/integration layers (e.g., Middleware, CPI, APIs, ETL processes)
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data synchronization between platforms
  • Test error handling, data transformations, and interface reliability
