Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Testing Intern to support the quality assurance of our hospitality digital products—including hotel websites, booking engines, and marketing technology platforms. This internship is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn structured QA practices, develop technical skills, and gain hands-on experience testing real-world digital products used by hotels globally. You will work closely with our Product, QA, and Engineering teams to test new releases, validate bug fixes, and help ensure a high-quality experience across devices, browsers, and platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute manual testing for hotel websites, booking flows, and marketing technology tools
  • Validate functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile—including browser and device compatibility
  • Test enhancements, bug fixes, new modules, and template updates prior to release
  • Perform regression testing to confirm updates do not break existing functionality
  • Follow established QA checklists and contribute to expanding test coverage over time
  • Identify bugs, inconsistencies, broken UI elements, and usability issues
  • Document issues clearly using reproduction steps, screenshots, recordings, and environment details
  • Log and track issues in a ticketing system and support validation through resolution
  • Work closely with QA and engineering teams to verify fixes
  • Participate in QA reviews and release validation checkpoints
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—especially when issues impact release readiness
  • Maintain and improve QA documentation including test cases, checklists, and release notes
  • Support standard QA workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, Marketing Technology, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing procedures
  • Basic understanding of how websites work (pages, links, forms, browsers, responsiveness)
  • Comfort working with digital tools (ticketing systems, documentation, spreadsheets)
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to document issues clearly
  • High accountability, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to hospitality technology (hotel websites, booking engines, CRS platforms, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (custom CMS, enterprise CMS, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to use browser developer tools for inspection
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
  • Interest in automation testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
What we offer:
  • Mentorship from seasoned professionals who are experts in their field
  • A supportive and inclusive environment where your ideas are valued and your growth is encouraged
  • Paid internship
