Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Testing Engineer to join our quality assurance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in software testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through manual and automated testing processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify software issues and bugs
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across web and mobile applications
  • Assist in setting up test environments and executing test scripts
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide feedback on software quality
  • Continuously learn and improve testing techniques and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and SDLC
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Selenium, Postman)
  • Understanding of basic programming (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning

Nice to have:

  • Experience with API testing (using Postman, REST Assured)
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
