Job Description:

The Testing Engineering Lead will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of system components, staying current with regulatory changes, testing best practices, and technological advancements. This position will be instrumental in establishing and evolving best practices for testing AI-driven solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead all testing initiatives within the RPA and AI domains, including test data generation, automation, and service validation
Establish and maintain best practices for testing RPA and AI-developed solutions and regression testing efforts
Ensure system reliability and quality through rigorous testing protocols
Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, including offshore coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with standards
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Collaborate with development and regulatory teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience required
Strong background in automated testing, SQL, and automation tools
Proven leadership in managing QA teams and offshore resources
Healthcare industry experience required
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
