What You’ll Be Doing Test Everything: You’ll be the "gatekeeper" of quality, checking the web, mobile, and backend systems to make sure everything works perfectly before it reaches the user. Build Robots (Automation): Instead of checking things manually every time, you’ll write code to automate the testing process using tools like Selenium or Playwright. Find & Fix Bugs: You will hunt for glitches, report them in systems like Jira, and work closely with developers to make sure they get fixed. Team Collaboration: You’ll join daily meetings with developers and product managers to understand new features and point out potential risks early on. Check the "Plumbing" (APIs): You'll use tools like Postman to ensure the data moving between different systems is accurate and secure. Requirements at a Glance Experience: At least 1 year in software testing. Coding Skills: Ability to write scripts in languages like C# or Node.js. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API testing.
