Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements for the RSD Connect client-facing portal built on Salesforce. Analyze functional specifications and user stories to design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional testing to validate portal features, including user login, application submission, and workflow processing. Conduct regression testing and validate end-to-end user workflows—including license applications, instructor registrations, and capital access pass submissions—to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new enhancements and releases. Execute smoke testing to verify system stability before proceeding with detailed testing cycles. Validate integration points between Salesforce and external systems to ensure accurate and seamless data exchange. Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned with business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects using Jira with proper categorization and prioritization, and perform retesting and validation after fixes to ensure issues are resolved without impacting other functionalities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback to enhance usability and user experience. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Demonstrate completed functionalities to stakeholders at the end of each sprint and obtain sign-off for deliverables. Perform testing of Salesforce automation components, including Apex classes, triggers, workflows, Process Builder, and Flow, to ensure correct business logic execution and system behavior.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, computer technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
