Job Description:

A required QA Technician performs visual mechanical inspection of all incoming and outgoing probe cards. Ensures checking of Document, PCB, Labeling, Assembly, Soldering, Spider, Probe card Cleanliness. Performs electrical test/ basic API operation, leakage test, leakage at Overtravel, contact resistance, probe force, capacitance check and planarity & alignment. Can operate basic operations and principles of PRVX 3 and 4 machine. Able to perform PRVX troubleshooting based on machine error codes. Analyzes results and performs basic troubleshooting of the applicable machines used in the area of responsibility using soldering schematic and component list. Able to create nulling file for every Motherboard planarity and performs nulling test for all available mother boards. Has the ability to understand fundamentals electronics concept. Knowledge on probe card/ hardware and operations of PRVX3 and PRVX4/ Probilt.
