Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
Be a strong advocate for shift-left testing and early validation
Champion test automation, reducing reliance on manual testing
Collaborate with Product and Engineering managers to implement and improve testing practices
Develop comprehensive test plans with maximum functional and non-functional coverage
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement robust preventive test strategies
Maintain a strong focus of quality KPIs
Design and maintain automated tests to improve coverage and reliability as necessary
Work with E2E and API automation frameworks, partnering with the SDET team

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in developing and implementing Quality assurance and test design strategies
Expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Detox, Selenium)
Proven leadership in defining and implementing quality processes across SDLC
Experience leading and mentoring a QA team (3+ members)
Solid software development skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Proficiency in English
ISTQB certification & Experience in blockchain product testing are a plus
